NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Nashville’s Cherry Blossom Festival will be held this weekend.

For more information on the kinds of trees you can see in Middle Tennessee, ISA certified arborist Scott Johnson joined News 2’s Nickelle Smith on News 2 at 11 to discuss.

“The ones we see most common are the Yoshino Cherry which is more of a white blossom with a light pink tint, or a Kwanzan Cherry with a much darker flower,” Johnson said.
