Newsmaker: Metro Council to discuss capital spending plan, healthcare benefits

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro Council will discuss large issues on Tuesday night.

Council Member Kyonzte Toombs spoke with News 2 via phone to talk about their agenda.

Toombs says they will discuss the Capital Spending plan, including infrastructure needs of the city.

She says they will also discuss healthcare benefits for former council members. This matter was deferred until March.

The capitol spending plan is a continued conversation from their last meeting.
