NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Overnight truck parking in downtown Nashville will be a topic of discussion during Tuesday’s Metro Council Meeting.

The bill addresses concerns about safety in the wake of the Nashville Christmas Day bomb. If passed, the bill would prohibit trucks longer than 20ft and dump trucks that weigh more than 54,000 lbs. from being able to park in an alley or street within Metro’s jurisdiction.
