Back in mid-April, I posted the story about Tennessee’s Folklore Springtime Winters we have here in Middle Tennessee, each named after what is blooming at the time. Back then it was Dogwood Winter. Since then, we had a cool snap (maybe two) when the Locust trees were blooming.
Now, the blackberries are showing their beautiful blossoms!
Some folks tell me that they actually already have berries on their plants!
Check out the cool temps that Blackberry Winter is bringing us the next two nights!
Tonight’s lows will be in the low 50s with a few upper 40s northwest and on the Plateau.
Tomorrow night will be even cooler with lows in the mid to upper 40s!
