Delightful weekend & more on the way Sunday & Monday. But heat/humidity return next week.
We enjoyed a delightful Saturday with plenty of sunshine and pleasant temperatures.
Most of all, the humidity is much lower than it has been recently. Dew points are running in the 50s, rather than the 60s, and you can feel the difference.
After a pleasant evening, temperatures will drop to the cool mid to upper 50s for lows by Sunday morning.
And there’s more to come as we move into the second half of the weekend.
A re-enforcement of the pleasant air is moving in from the north which will keep Sunday’s highs in the mid to upper 70s with a northeast wind around 10-15 mph.
Lows Sunday night into Monday morning could be in the chilly upper 40s in our eastern counties, with low to mid 50s elsewhere.
Enjoy the nice weather now, because by Tuesday the heat and humidity start to build back in.
By Wednesday highs will reach 90 and then scattered showers and storms return to the forecast for Thursday when highs will be in the 80s.
However, temps will be in the low 90s as we head to the end of the week and into next weekend.
