Skies are clearing out. If you have outdoor plans, a light jacket will be all you need with temps dropping through the 60s to 50s late evening. Some patchy dense fog will develop Monday morning, especially near area lakes and rivers, with lows in the low to mid-50s.
Monday afternoon temperatures will be rising to the low 80s under mostly sunny skies.
The first half of the work week will continue to warm into the mid-80s. But the second half will bring showers and thunderstorms, starting off with just a few scattered storms on Wednesday, but showers and storms will continue off and on right on into next weekend as temperatures cool down starting Friday.
Heads up: A few could be strong on Thursday as a cold front pushes into the area. We’ll keep you posted.
