Drying out and mild on Tuesday, but winter weather returns on Wednesday
We’ll see a few more showers overnight tonight and perhaps a rumble of thunder or two, but nothing severe.
Tuesday should be dry and mild with a mostly cloudy sky and afternoon temperatures near 60 degrees.
An arctic plunge is on schedule beginning Wednesday and lasting the remainder of the week. Several rain showers could mix in with a few snowflakes Wednesday night with a potential coating over the Plateau.
There may be another brush with flurries or snow showers in our north and northeastern sections early Friday and early Saturday with two quick moving “clipper” systems.
