NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Severe Thunderstorm and Tornado Watch are no longer in effect. But additional rain and storms will be pushing through overnight, some with potential heavy downpours that could produce localized flooding.
A Flood Watch will be in effect for most of Middle TN and parts of Southern KY from 11 pm Wednesday through 1 pm Thursday. If you have to drive overnight into early Thursday morning please be extra careful, and “TURN AROUND, DON’T DROWN!”

2-3” are possible, and some localized areas of 4-5″ could occur.
FUTURE TRACKER OVERNIGHT:
An extra batch of non-severe thunderstorms will be pushing through. They will be what we call “elevated” thunderstorms (meaning the warm air producing them is aloft). They can be noisy, but can also sometimes produce heavy rainfall.

Temperatures will be turning much cooler for Thursday when highs will only be in the 50s with scattered rain showers continuing. It won’t seem very spring-like anymore.
