Power outages reported across Mid State as storms roll through

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Thursday evening’s storm system brought power outages across the Mid State.

As of Friday morning, more than 5,000 are still without electricity, according to the Nashville Electric Service.

Middle Tennessee Electric says over 190 people are without power, with the majority of the outages being reported out of Williamson County.

Cumberland Electric says over 378 people are without power, with the majority of the outages being reported out of Sumner County.
