NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Freeze Warning will continue through 10 a.m. Monday and reissued again from 1 a.m. through 8 a.m. Tuesday. Southern Kentucky is not included because it is not considered to be in its growing season yet.

So, when is it going to warm up?

Tuesday into Wednesday, a warm front will return to the north, bringing a few showers and mid-60s by the afternoon.

Behind that warm front, temperatures will soar to the upper 70s on Thursday with a southerly wind.

However, by Friday afternoon and evening, a cold front will likely bring thunderstorms. Some of those storms may be strong or severe.

As a matter of fact, the Storm Prediction Center has already placed a 15% Risk for severe weather on Friday over Middle Tennessee.
