A Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 5am Wednesday for all of our Southern KY Counties.  A coating to 1″ of snow is possible and that could make roads slick.

Areas north of I-40 may even see some snow flurries or light snow showers and because the ground is so cold anything will stick. There could be a few slick spots for the ride into work.

The bigger factor will be the cold temperatures for all of Middle TN & Southern KY. Wake up wind chills could be in the single digits or below zero for some.  During the day it doesn’t get much better feeling like the single digits and teens.  It is so cold that a Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for Warren County in KY from 4am until 1pm Wednesday!

If you don’t like these temperatures you are in luck because by the weekend we are back up into the 60s! Check the full forecast here: wkrn.com/forecast
