VIDEO: Tennessee man charged with animal cruelty after 9 dogs found in ‘deplorable’ home
David Hendrix, 57, of Hendersonville was charged with nine counts of aggravated animal cruelty after nine dogs were found inside his pitch black home where the floors were caked in inches of feces and compacted with trash and bones of other dead dogs, according to police.
