Fourteen minutes. That’s the amount of time between the first 911 call about a shooting at The Covenant School was made and when Metro police officers killed the shooter, later identified as 28-year-old Audrey Hale.
After six people were murdered at The Covenant School on Monday, a reporter asked Metro Nashville Police Chief John Drake if there were only laws in Tennessee that would’ve allowed police to take the shooter’s guns if it had been reported.
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee took to Youtube Tuesday evening, addressing the mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville.
