9 years later: Fourth arrest in the death of Columbia woman

The arrests continue 10 years after the death of a young woman in Columbia, Tennessee. 

Police are now reporting a fourth arrest in the 2009 murder of Nastasia Mosley.

Jimmy Jail Abernathy was taken into custody Friday morning on an indictment of first degree murder for his alleged involvement in Mosely’s death.

Police said the 22-year-old was shot execution style behind the American Legion Post.

Arrest made 8 years after woman found dead in Columbia

In February 2017 Christopher Johnson was arrested and indicted for first-degree murder and facilitation of first-degree murder.

According to police Carlton Calloway and Quintin Mostella are also charged in connection with Mosely’s death.
