The St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a community service project to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. It is one that everyone can get behind and support. This year’s giveaway was June 25, 2023, and News 2 announced the winner on the 5 p.m. newscast.

The Home
The Grand Prize of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is a beautiful house built by Signature
Homes. This is the 19th annual St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway in Nashville.
The home, with an estimated value of $900,000, features:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
- 3,000 square feet
- Built in the St. Marlo community in Franklin, TN
- House features: volume ceilings with window wall, designer primary bathroom with spa shower and culinary dream kitchen!
Open House
The Grand Opening for the home began June 3. Free tours of the St. Jude Dream Home were held from June 3 until June 24 from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Sprintz Furniture staged the house and all the items used in the staging were for sale. A part of the proceeds from any item sold was donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Those touring the home were able to register for the Open House prize: Two (2) Lower-Level tickets for the 2023 CMA Awards courtesy of Country Music Association. The prize was drawn live during the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway Special Sunday, June 25 starting at 4 p.m.

Every ticket purchase provided the opportunity to win the house and/or a secondary prize. The prizes included:
