NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – For first time in three years, the Titans have something to play for in the second half of the season.
Thursday night’s game was critical for the team.
Their 36-22 beat down of the Jaguars pushed them to 4-4, which ties first place Houston in the win column.
They’re 3-1 in their last four games and their confidence is soaring.
The only bad news from Thursday’s game was that DeMarco Murray left with a toe injury. He did return to the game and underwent a precautionary MRI Friday.
He is doing fine, according to coach Mike Mularkey.
The Titans will now focus on their next game, when they take on the San Diego Chargers.
