With NFL Free Agency only two days away Titans general manager Jon Robinson got busy Monday waiving safety Johnathan Cyprien and signing running back David Fluellen to a one year deal.
The signing of Kenny Vaccaro made Cyprien a luxury the team did not need.
Cyprien missed all of last season after tearing his ACL in training camp, he will count $1.5-million against the salary cap this season, but the team will save $4.75-million by waiving him.
Fluellen has played two NFL seasons, both with the Titans. He has only 8 career carries for 37 yards. His season was cut short last year by a knee injury.
