Titans coach Vrabel to take polar plunge Saturday

Tennessee Titans

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel will lead the way as people take the “plunge” for Special Olympics Saturday at Nissan Stadium.

Vrabel has already raised over $11,000 for his commitment to jump in a pool of 38-degree water in what is known as the polar plunge.  The Titans head coach has recruited Nashville media members to help him out, getting more than a few to commit to also make the jump if it would raise more money which it definitely did.

Vrabel says he does not know what he will wear, but he is definitely doing a backflip because he says he’s a “12-year old” at heart.

To support Vrabel in his mission to help Special Olympics you find the pledge information on his twitter page @coachVrabel50.
