WKRN web staff - LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) - A 35-year-old woman died Tuesday and her two little girls were seriously hurt in a crash on Highway 70 in Lebanon.
Authorities said it happened around 5 p.m. near the Southfork subdivision.
The driver, Lori Hollandsworth, and her daughters, Maggie and Lillian, ages 4 and 9 respectively, were all flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Hollandsworth ultimately died during an emergency operation. Her girls are both in critical condition.
The crash investigation is ongoing. Speed has been identified as a factor in the crash.
