Woman grazed in shooting south of downtown Nashville


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro police are investigating after a woman was injured in a shooting south of downtown Nashville Thursday night.  

The shooting happened just before 10 p.m. on Charles E. Davis Boulevard. 

Metro police reported a woman was grazed by two shots to her knee and calf. She did not have to be hospitalized for her injuries and was treated at the scene.  

Investigators believe the victim and gunman knew each other.  

No additional information was immediately released.
