NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A Nashville woman who was allegedly behind the wheel of a crash that killed two people in January will be in court next week.

Stephanie Ferguson faces multiple charges including vehicular homicide by intoxication, vehicular homicide by recklessness, aggravated vehicular homicide, drug possession and driving on a revoked license, among other charges. She’s due in court Wednesday.

Willie Nichols, 64, and 66-year-old Aaron Hall were both killed in the January 22 crash that occurred at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Third Avenue North.

The men were sitting stationary in Nichols’ Cadillac behind two other vehicles when they were hit by a Toyota Tundra that was allegedly driven by Ferguson as she came off the Jefferson Street Bridge. See photos of the scene here.

Nichols and Hall were rushed to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where they were both pronounced dead.

Earlier on the day of the crash, Ferguson, 29, was convicted of a DUI charge from December 2013. In that incident she struck a house on Delaware Avenue with her vehicle.

Ferguson was taken into police custody following her release from the hospital on January 23. She remains jailed on a $500,000 bond.
