9-year-old Kazin Crisman of Massachusetts proved that heroes come in all shapes and sizes.
Young Kazin and his 80-year-old grandfather, Allan, were about to go for a drive to get some pizza when he noticed something was wrong with his grandfather.
“He was acting strange, he was stepping all over the pedals and stuff,” said Crisman.
The boy did not panic, instead, he dialed 911.
First responders arrived within minutes and were able to figure out that Allan, who is diabetic, was having a hypoglycemic episode.
Afterward, Kazin shared his life-saving advice:
“I would say trust your instincts, I saved his life or else he would’ve croaked.”
