GILES COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A tractor-trailer hauling cars that caught on fire tied up traffic in Giles County Monday afternoon.
Tennessee Highway Patrol said the fire began at around 1 p.m. on Interstate 65 southbound, near mile marker 20.
That’s close to the Tennessee-Alabama border.
Troopers say no one was hurt.
Tennessee Department of Transportation had estimated the crash would be cleared by 5 p.m. Monday, adding that there were also delays for people heading northbound.
