WARREN COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A third person has been arrested in the shooting death of a man earlier this month outside of the building that houses the Rebel motorcycle group in Warren County.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office said 65-year-old John Cherry was officially charged Friday with criminal homicide stemming from the shooting death of Dennis Carter, a man from Grundy County, on the night of June 1.

Kate Prichard, 27, and Timothy Baer, 53, were already arrested on the same charge.

Deputies said the three suspects and the victim were all members of the motorcycle group.

No information has been released about a possible motive.
