An East Tennessee man has been arrested for the second time this year for human trafficking, according to TBI.

According to a release, 33-year-old Zachery Felton was arrested earlier this year for sex trafficking. Melton paid the $2,000 bond and was released from the Knox County Jail.

Authorities said they received information that Felton began trafficking women for the purpose of commercial sex acts out of his home on Beechwood Road in Kingsport.
