Endangered Child Alert cancelled for East Tennessee baby

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A one-year-old boy reported missing from East Tennessee has been located and his father is in custody, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday morning.

The TBI had issued an Endangered Child Alert for Atreyu Jack Wilson from Jefferson County.

Agents said he was last seen Tuesday and was believed to be with his non-custodial father, Brandon Wilson.

The two were believed to be traveling in a silver 2008 Dodge Caravan and could have been headed to Traverse City, Michigan or Fort Myers, Florida.

In a tweet around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, the TBI said Atreyu was safely located and his father, who was wanted on a kidnapping charge, was in custody.

No additional information was immediately released.
