A man is in jail on attempted murder charges after allegedly shooting at another man in Warren County, Ky.
Deputies responded to the call a little after 2 a.m. Sunday morning. The victim told police that the suspect, identified as 34-year-old Israel Venegas, arrived at his house with a small caliber pistol and fired multiple rounds at him.
Police said they were able to locate Venegas at lot 195 hiding in someone else’s car.
Venegas was charged with attempted murder, three counts of wanton endangerment, felon in possession of a handgun, and tampering with evidence.
He was booked into the Warren County Regional Jail. Bail information was not immediately available.
