Metro police are investigating after an 18-year-old was shot in South Nashville early Wednesday morning.
The wounded teen was shot somewhere and walked to his home on Harding Place to call 911, according to Metro police.
The teen was shot in the arm and torso and was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with critical injuries.
Investigators are working to locate the scene of the shooting and determine a motive.
The investigation is ongoing and no additional information was immediately released.
