Swarm of 20,000 bees rehomed in Murfreesboro

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue crews were called to handle a massive swarm of bees found near a parking lot Friday afternoon.

The responding crews arrived to find a hive of 20,000 bees on a tree.

According to a tweet from Murfreesboro Fire, two beekeepers were brought in to help safely remove the swarm and relocate them to a new home.
