Architects shared new renderings of the finished product at a Broadway construction site Wednesday morning.
The tower will sit at 1221 Broadway, replacing the demolished Firestone building.
A release states the new building will include at least 7,000 square feet of retail space and will include covered drive-thru passage, or port cochere.
Parking is also a part of the building’s design.
In all, the building will feature between 365,000 and 500,000 rentable square feet.
The release did not specify when construction would be complete.
