NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Regulators have issued several warnings for products, warning consumers that they could be hazardous or dangerous.
Torrent Pharmaceuticals has expanded its recall for certain lots of Losartan, after finding trace amounts of an unexpected impurity that could cause cancer. The full list of recalled lots can be found here.
Several packages of “Chips Ahoy” cookies were also recalled, over some solidified corn starch.
Possible nut contamination led to a recall for several varieties of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.
Target recalled a line of wooden toy vehicles over concerns that the wheels can come off, resulting in a choking hazard. The Bullseye’s Playground toys were sold as an eight-pack of toys online, or individually in stores.
A line of lawnmowers sold exclusively at Lowe’s is also under recall. The Craftsman M350 us under a recall because sharp objects can pierce the lawnmower’s bag, potentially injuring a bystander.
Tekno Products recalled their Tuff Smoke-Less Grills over concerns that they can overheat. They were sold at several stores, most notably Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, from October to February.
