ALGOOD, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for 1-year-old Kenna Allen and 4-year-old Konner Meadows out of Putnam County.

According to Algood police, the brother and sister were last seen by DCS officials on Feb. 18, 2019. Several welfare checks have been performed since then and officials have gotten no cooperation from the parents and no sight of the children

Officials said Konner and Kenna have both been remanded into DCS custody for neglect and drug abuse by the parents.

TBI says the kids are with their non-custodial mothers, identified as Sonya Allen and Tiffany Meadows.

Police said the children live in Algood but have been known to frequent addresses in Cookeville, Putnam County, and Jackson County.

TBI reported Wednesday that the kids were found safe in Jackson County.
