Police: Man stabbed after argument over parking spot

News

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police arrested a man who they say stabbed a man in the neck and the head and the argument all started over a parking spot.

Quantiko Esaw, 37, is charged with aggravated assault.

Metro police were called to a residence on Buchanan Street in North Nashville and say they found a victim with stab wounds. That man was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center to be treated for cuts to his neck and head.

Officers say the victim reported being in an argument with a woman over a parking spot. That argument turned physical, police say, when a man stepped in and started assaulting the victim. Officers say Esaw stabbed the victim and ran away.

Police caught up with Esaw and arrested him.
