Metro police are investigating after a 16-year-old girl showed up at a Nashville hospital with a gunshot wound to her neck early Saturday morning.
The victim told officers she was hanging out with a large group in the Wave Country parking lot when a fight broke out and shots were fired.
She said she was not involved in the fight but was hit by a stray bullet, according to police.
The teen is reportedly in stable condition.
Metro police told News 2 she is refusing to provide any additional details.
