NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville Fire Department arson investigators arrested a 53-year-old woman for allegedly setting her own home on fire.

Terri Albright is charged with arson in connection to the March 16 fire at her home in the 200 block of Treutland Avenue.

Investigators say that Albright told investigators that on the morning of the fire she left for work around 7:35 a.m. but returned to her home because she realized she left her cell phone.

The alarm company called in the fire at 8:11 a.m.

Crews that arrived at the scene to fight the fire found fires were set in six separate parts of the home.

At least one of those locations had a strong smell of gasoline and investigators found a small, one-gallon gas container near the rear porch steps.

No one was injured in the fire and when confronted by investigators, Albright admitted to setting the fire.
