Nashville honors police officers, firefighters lost over previous year with tolling bell


NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – During Nashville’s memorial ceremony for the 20th anniversary of 9/11, city officials also honored local first responders who had died in the previous year.

Nashville Fire Department District Chief, Tim Holmes read the names of the firefighters and police officers this city has lost in the last year, honoring each with a tolling of the bell.
