Mom arrested after missing girl from Smithville found in Williamson County

A  missing Smithville girl has been safely located in Williamson County. And her mother is under arrest.

12-year old Brielle Bowling went missing on August 8th. A statewide Endangered Child Alert went out from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.  

Authorities say Brielle was found Thursday with her mother who does not have custody.

Wendy Dawn Hancock, 42, was wanted in Smithville for domestic assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
