A man wanted for a deadly shooting in Orlando, Florida back in January was arrested in Murfreesboro Friday.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Notier Misael Gomez was arrested by the Marshals and Murfreesboro Police Department.
A release from the USMS says Gomez was wanted on charges stemming from a Jan. 26 shooting outside of an Orlando club.
An indictment alleges that Gomez, along with two other men, shot at and killed Keveon Smith. Two other people were also injured in the shooting.
Gomez was booked into the Rutherford County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Orange County on first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder charges.
