NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The investigation continues after a 24-year-old man was shot and killed early Monday night in North Nashville.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of St. Louis Street near 23rd Avenue North after Robert Richardson drove to a home to pick up a co-worker.
According to the co-worker, he had gotten into an argument with one of the unidentified suspects before telling Richardson to get back into the car.
Shots were fired, striking Richardson in his upper left side. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died.
Police said the suspects are described as two black men. One is around 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 175 pounds. He is bald and was last seen wearing a red shirt and jeans.
The other suspect is around 5 feet 10 inches tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hat, a black and white jacket and black jeans.
Police said the two men fled in a silver sedan.
