Man arrested for stealing elderly woman’s home and savings

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A 46-year-old man is in jail, accused of stealing an elderly woman’s home and money.

William Holland has been indicted in Davidson County on four felony counts.

According to the indictments, Holland financially exploited the 92-year-old victim. Metro police said the woman is suffering from dementia.

Holland allegedly stole more $250,000 from the woman and also, had her transfer the deed to her home to him. The home is worth over $250,000.

The victim is currently living in an assisted living facility in Nashville.

Holland is being held on a $300,000 bond.

News 2 reached out to the assisted living facility where she lives but haven’t heard back.

Holland is listed as the owner of a toy store in Lebanon. The phone number to the store wasn’t working with News 2 reached out.
