Titans’ Logan Ryan to host charity event for shelter dogs

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN)–Titans player Logan Ryan is dedicated to helping rescue animals through his non-profit, the Ryan Animal Rescue Foundation, and he hopes a special fundraiser will help save even more.

Ryan and his wife, Ashley, will be hosting a special event called the Chow Down on May 31st at the Bell Tower in Nashville. 

If you’re a foodie, enjoy wine, Titans football and helping animals, this event is for you. 

“We are hoping for a sell-out. About 225 tickets will be sold and half are already sold. The event is called the the Chow Down. You’re going to come, you’re going to eat, you’re going to drink, you’re going to meet a lot of Titans players. Marcus Mariota is headlining the event, Kevin Byard will be there as well, Ben Jones, many other celebrities. A lot of friends of mine from all over the country are flying in. Players, music artists, all types will be there. And it’s all to help out pups like this that are looking for a home,” Ryan says holding up Logan Ryan the pup, who is up for adoption at the Nashville Humane Association. 

The event will feature food from more than 15 local restaurants including Hattie B’s, Sunda, Sambuca and many more.
