NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A house was destroyed by a fire Thursday night in Hermitage.
Fire crews were called around 5:30 p.m. and the home on Hallborough Court became completely engulfed in flames by 6 p.m.
The Nashville Fire Department called the blaze “significant.” Spokesman Joseph Pleasant told News 2 one firefighter was injured and suffered burns.
The firefighter was taken to Vanderbilt’s ER where he was treated and released. He’s expected to return to work for his next shift.
