NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are searching for two suspects after a robbery in south Nashville, and an attempted robbery in Madison.
The Advance Financial in Rivergate Square in Madison is open 24 hours, and detectives said one employee was inside when the suspect walked in with a gun just after midnight Monday.
Employees are locked behind a glass barrier when they do business with customers, and police said the suspect told police to let him inside.

Investigators said the suspect is a thin, Hispanic man in his 20s or early 30s. He’s around 5 feet 8 inches tall and was last seen wearing glasses, a black jacket and furry hat.
Metro police said another man robbed the employees at Wingstop on Nolensville Pike in south Nashville around the same time.
They said he walked in with a pistol and demanded everything in the safe.
He left with money after he took the employees into a bathroom. None of the employees are hurt.
That suspect is described as a black man between around 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 200 pounds.
He was last seen wearing black sweat pants, a burgundy hooded sweatshirt and a red scarf covering his face.
