Fire destroyed a family home in Murfreesboro early Saturday, according to fire officials.
Crews responded to the home on Dodd Trail just before 4:00 a.m.
Everyone was able to safely get out of the home, but flames were shooting from the back of the home and roof when engines arrived, said a spokesperson for the Murfreesboro Fire Department.
Battalion Chief Daryl Alexander said crews were able to get things under control quickly, but that the home will likely be a total loss.
The American Red Cross was there to offer assistance to the three displaced residents, who were all being treated for possible smoke inhalation.
