Event Sunday discusses history of African Americans fighting for justice

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The American Muslim Advisory Council is highlighting how African Americans have been fighting for justice.

Leaders with The Islamic Center of Nashville said they stand with the black community in working to end police brutality and racism.

The program is Sunday night from 6:30-8:00 p.m. and it’s open to the public through Zoom.
