The Emergency Communications Center answered questions from Metro Council Thursday as part of the budget season.
Meanwhile, the ECC had questions of its own.
At first, the ECC said GPS coordinates were available for the Waffle House 911 calls. Now, it’s saying it doesn’t know.
So, the ECC has asked Motorola, which handles the phone system, to check and see if they were available and if so, when.
Last week, News 2 reported that dispatchers initially sent officers to the wrong Waffle House on the morning of April 22.
The shooting left four people dead.
