Case against man accused of killing 3-year-old girl bound over to grand jury

Local News

The case against a Nashville man accused of killing a three-year-old child last month has been bound over to a grand jury.

Christopher Riley is accused of killing a little girl he was babysitting on May 26

The 26-year-old initially told Metro police that the child had suffered injuries from falling. Doctors later determined her injuries were inconsistent with those that would occur during a fall.

Riley faces first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse charges.
