Wiggins was captured last Friday morning after an intense 48-hour manhunt.

It was last Wednesday morning that prosecutors say Sgt. Baker responded to a suspicious vehicle call at Tidwell Switch and Sam Vineyard roads in Dickson County.

According to the arrest warrant, “While at the scene, the defendant shot and killed Sgt. Daniel Baker with premeditation.”

Baker's body was found in his patrol car two to three miles away from the scene of the initial call.

Last week, prosecutors said Wiggins' alleged accomplice, Erika Castro-Miles, was in the car when Wiggins allegedly fired the deadly shots.

She has since been arrested in the case and is charged with first-degree murder.

Wiggins will appear in court on Friday. He is being held at a Davidson County jail facility.  Davidson County Sheriff Daron Hall offered to house Wiggins and Dickson County Sheriff Jeff Bledsoe agreed.

Wiggins was moved to Nashville Friday night after his arrest.
