Local employers are looking to fill 600 jobs at a job fair Tuesday.
The job fair will take place at the Goodwill Career Solutions center on Herman St. in Nashville. The event runs from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17.
24 employers will be screening applicants. The companies looking for help include Amazon, Nashville Public schools, Cracker Barrel, FedEx, and Hilton Hotel.
Job openings include event staff, retail, pawnbroker, housekeeping, bus driver, groundskeeper, and more. Pay may be as high as $19 per hour.
Job candidates should bring a resume, photo ID, and Social Security card or birth certificate.
