NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A woman has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of her boyfriend last week in Old Hickory.
Tiffanie McCoy was arrested Monday on charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The stabbing happened Friday at an apartment on 32nd Street near Old Hickory Boulevard.
According to an arrest report, the victim told detectives McCoy grabbed a knife from a dresser drawer and “stabbed him 5 to 6 times and stated I hope you die.”
After the stabbing, Metro police said the suspect slashed the tires on the victim’s vehicle.
The victim was transported to TriStar Skyline Medical Center with multiple stab wounds.
The extent of his injuries is unknown.
McCoy is expected in court on Wednesday.
